• You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant MavelPoint a license to use, display, and promote it.
• You must ensure that any content you upload does not infringe third-party rights.

If you purchase premium features or services, you agree to our pricing terms. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

MavelPoint reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or engage in harmful activities.

• MavelPoint provides services "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of the platform.

MavelPoint reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of European Union. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.
